We leave at 6 am from the Plaza de San Blas, heading to the town of Mollepata, approximately 2 and a half hours where we will have breakfast, after making a short stop to stretch our feet or go to the bathroom. We will continue for another hour until we reach Soraypampa, which is located at 3900 meters above sea level. We will leave the bus to begin walking to the beautiful lagoon called Humantay, which is located at 4200 meters above sea level. In this place is the snow-capped mountain that leads the same name as the lagoon and its older brother the snowy Salkantay. Walking time 1 hour – 1 hour and a half, then at the place we will have time to get to know it and take the best photos. After visiting this beautiful Andean landscape, we will return to Soraypampa to have lunch.
After eating and enjoying this place, around 3:30 p.m. we will return to the city of Cusco, arrival time 3 and a half hours.
